Invitations
extended to teams from East and West Shores, as well as from Lancaster County.
Entries: Each swimmer will be allowed to enter a maximum of 3 events, as well as IM (8 & under limited to 3 events. They may not swim up in older age groups. ).
Entry fee
is $2.50 per individual event.
Entries for teams sending 6 or more swimmers must be
submitted via e-mail, attach the “Team Manager” Meet Entries file. (Click for the event list for
Hy-Tek’s Team Manager) All required information must
be included. Exceptions will be made for teams of less than 6 swimmers that do
not have access to the software. Those entries,
to be on 3x5 cards, must include
event name and number, name and age of swimmer and time in METERS. Others will
be charged a $20.00 fee if not received via e-mail.
Hard
copies of all entries need to be provided with your entry fee (check). All
entries need to be listed on the Team
Entry form.pdf or a printout from Team Manager with the swimmers name, age as
of June 1st , and time in METERS. In addition, the Summary
Sheet needs to be completed and submitted with the entries.

The e-mail file of all entries are due by 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 1, 2008 to bluefins@swimwillowood.org
Entries will be offical when hard copy and payment are received for the first 350 swimmers. Checks are to be made payable to Willowood Swim Team.
Awards: Custom trophies, medals, ribbons and heat winner ribbons.
Food: A
variety of food and drinks will be available, such as sandwiches, pizza,
fruits, baked goods, candies and
drinks.
